While Sunset recommends our Classic model, our Eco Tough Ranch is built with premium materials
and the best builders in the business.

Rented Buildings are based on 36 payments. We give you the building (FREE) if you complete all rent payments. Building may be purchased at anytime with no penalties. 2×6 premium wood joists spaced only 16″, cross-mounted to 4×4 skids designed for ground contact. Cross-mounting provides maximum strength for the most permanent square foundation. *Steel foundations are available at no cost and provide 30 percent more steel than the competitor’s.
INDUSTRY’S BEST SHINGLES
Very high-quality LIFETIME TRU DEF architectural shingles are standard. 25-year, 3-tab composition shingles are not sufficient for long-term in Colorado and are not allowed in parts of the state. There isn’t a competitor that offers a shingle near this quality on a comparable shed.
SILVER RADIANT HEAT BARRIER
