I often don’t write reviews of companies during the sales phase as this is when people are at their best. It’s when things don’t go as planned when a company shows their metal. In this case, the Sunset team accidently placed the loft on the wrong side of the barn. When this was pointed out I was told I should call the office to schedule a time for them to come out and swich it. “Had a 25 x30 garage built and I couldn’t be happier. Could have gone smaller, but the larger size garages were not that much more money… figure out what size you need and go bigger, you won’t regret it. I was very new to the whole process, did not know much about construction, permits etc., but they made it very easy for me and did not try to up-sale me on anything I really did not need. Recommend working with Kay, she kept me informed throughout the entire process and answered all my questions.
